Native Gin & Tonic

Nothing tastes more like Australia than this delightful drink. With both gin and tonic elements infused with native Australian botanicals including lemon aspen, Tasmanian mountain pepper and Mount Zero salt, it doesn’t get much better than this.

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 40ml Dasher + Fisher Ocean Gin
  • 120ml CAPI Native Tonic
  • sliced finger limes, to garnish

Directions

  1. Fill highball glass with ice.
  2. Add gin to glass.
  3. Top with CAPI Native Tonic.
  4. Garnish with finger limes.
