- 60ml Aperol
- 120ml Tonic
- lemon wedge, to garnish
- tarragon, to garnish
- Fill highball glass with ice.
- Add Aperol to glass.
- Top with CAPI Tonic.
- Garnish with lemon wedge and tarragon.
