This drink is a forefather to the Negroni, using soda and sweet vermouth in conjunction with Campari. Reportedly named as a little dig at American tourists that were unable to handle the bitterness of Campari, opting to take the classic Italian a little longer and sweeter.
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml sweet vermouth
- CAPI Soda
- fresh orange wedge, to garnish
- In a hi-ball glass, add Campari and sweet vermouth.
- Top with ice.
- Fill with CAPI Soda to just below the brim.
- Garnish with an orange wedge.
