Smoked salt expertly balances citrus in this non-alcoholic cocktail by PS40 Bar Manager Peter Seabrook!  

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 45 Seedlip Spice
  • 15ml Fresh lime juice
  • 15ml Verjus
  • 15ml Gentian syrup
  • CAPI Grapefruit
  • Smoked salt

Directions

  1. Build all ingredients in a highball with smoked salt rim.
  2. Fill glass to the top with ice.
  3. Top off with CAPI Grapefruit and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
