ANTHER GIN

Anther's curiosity and love of Australian botanicals are at the heart of everything they create. Perhaps that's why they won the trophies for Champion Australian Gin 2018, and Champion Mircro Batch Spirit 2019. They are a small-batch gin company. Each bottle is made by hand in Melbourne. They experiment but the backbone of their product is the Australian native plants in every single bottle.*

36 SHORT

Hailing from Adelaide, brother's Jon and Con Lioulios have created 36 Short, in honour of their father - and his suit size. 36 Short Blood Orange Gin is flavoured with subtle aromatics of sweet herbaceousness, a spicy citrus lift with a hint of fresh pine and resinous notes.

INK GIN

Ink Gin is a unique and award winning floral infused gin made in Northern NSW at Husk Farm Distillery. It is pot distilled in small batches with 13 organic, native & exotic botanicals and infused with butterfly pea flower petals. Normally used in herbal tea, these petals are pH sensitive, changing colour from their natural indigo to pink when mixed with tonic water, lemon or lime juice.*

LAWRENNY 

Lawrenny Estate Distillery was born out of the entrepreneurial spirit of the Mace family. Having moved from NSW to the Derwent Valley after establishing businesses in aviation 25 years ago, their hand turned to agriculture. The freshness of the Van Diemen’s Gin, the robust 1818 Settlers Gin and the purity of the Saint Clair Vodka are all designed around sharing the Lawrenny experience.*

MELBOURNE GIN COMPANY

From the world’s most liveable city comes it's very own Melbourne Gin Company. Established in 2012, MGC sets out to create a gin of flavour, character and distinction. The Melbourne Gin Company is an independent distillery with an artisan production approach. Their gin range is handcrafted, batch distilled and non-chill filtered.*

OLD YOUNGS

The first commercial gin-house in the Barossa Valley, Seppeltsfield Road Distillers is the creation of the musically minded and gin-loving duo, Jon and Nicole Durdin. Passionate about premium, small-batch produce, Jon and Nicole opened Seppeltsfield Road Distillers in September 2018, releasing a range of three, handcrafted, Barossa Valley gins that are produced onsite in their purpose-built distillery. Their tasting room welcomes guests to witness the magic of distilling whilst discovering their award-winning, South Australian, gin releases and even learning about the process.
