With 360-degree views over Carlton, terrazzo floors, Italian style food, local and imported wines and beer, and classic and house cocktails, Johnny's is everyone's favourite Carlton rooftop hangout. We're joining forces to launch a specially curated Soda+ cocktail menu for the duration of summer.
Kicking off on Friday 24 January, Johnny’s Green Room will add three fun new cocktails featuring Soda+ to their menu. The first cab off the rank, the ‘Summer Smash’ will feature Australian gin, lemon, cucumber and a splash of Soda+ Lemon and Basil. For a riff on the cocktail favourite Aperol Spritz, the ‘Senza Spritz’ will hit the spot. It’s made up of Aperol, orange juice and Soda+ Blood Orange and Sage. The last Soda+ cocktail marries our Grapefruit and Rosemary flavour with Blanco tequila. It’s Johnny’s mixologist Ben Croake’s favourite as it reminds him of his favourite summer cocktail, the Paloma.

Open for just over a year now, Sebastian Beach Bar & Grill is making a splash with a beachside diner and bistro and a Spanish-influenced menu of tapas, steak and seafood.
We're taking over their beach-set Sand Bar until January 31st to bring you some delicious new cocktails, all sugar and sweetener free and all $12. On the menu is: Lobos (blood orange and sage Soda+ with vodka); Formantera (grapefruit and rosemary Soda+ with vodka); and La Palma (lemon and basil Soda+ with vodka).
