That’s a wrap on CAPI’s first ever Drinks Competition! The Grand Final was held at CAPI HQ on 29 April, with 8 finalists battling it out for the first prize of a bar-heavy trip to China. We were blown away by the talent and creativity of the contestants, the calibre was extremely high. A big thank you to our judges Orlando Marzo, Dani Valent, Loic Avril and Pitzy Folk, as well as our partners 100Proof and Worksmith.
A wrap up of our winners & finalists:
1st place – Ric Divola from Cutler & Co, VIC. Ric crafted an incredible Not Orange Wine mocktail as well as a phenomenal Plum Highball cocktail.
2nd place – Thomas Opie from Births and Deaths, NSW. Tom whipped up a ripper Lilly Lime Bitters cocktail and a delicious mocktail named The Calling.
