Stuck at home but fancy a cocktail? These below recipes only require a bottle of your favourite local gin, some CAPI and a few ingredients that you most likely already have in your kitchen. Fun, easy, and a nice way to take a break while locked in.


HIGHBALL PUTTANESCA
- 30ml Your Favourite Aussie Gin
- 10ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Frozen Berry Puttanesca (See Instructions below)
- Top off with CAPI Ginger Ale
Glass : High Ball
Garnish : Frozen Berries and Lime Wheel
Garnish : Frozen Berries and Lime Wheel
In a high ball add Gin, lime juice, and Berry Puttanesca. Add ice and give a stir. Top off with CAPI Ginger Ale and garnish with frozen berries and a lime wheel.
Frozen Berry Puttanesca
- 1 cup of those frozen berries that have been sitting in your freezer for ever.
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Add frozen berries and sugar to stick blender, ninja, vitamix or whatever blending device is in your kitchen. Blend until smooth.
LOOSE HERB TOM COLLINS
- 30ml Your Favourite Aussie Gin
- 10ml Simple Syrup (Don’t worry its easy, see Instructions below)
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- Those two sprigs of fresh herbs left over from dinner last night
- Top off with CAPI Soda Water
Glass : High Ball

In a high ball glass add lemon juice, simple syrup, and fresh herbs, give a quick muddle. Add gin and ice. Top off with CAPI soda and give a quick stir. Garnish with fresh herbs and a lemon wheel.
Simple Syrup Recipe
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
FEEL FANCY G&T
- 30ml Your Favourite Aussie Gin
- 10ml Lime Juice
- Top off with CAPI Dry Tonic
Glassware : Wine Glass, the fanciest one in your cupboard.
Garnish : Sliced fruit, you probably have an extra piece laying around after stocking up.
In a wine glass add gin and lime juice. Add ice and top off with CAPI dry tonic. Garnish with sliced fruit of your choice, whatever you have bought too much of will do just fine.
URBAN FORAGER SMASH
- 30ml Your Favourite Aussie Gin
- Half of a lemon cut into wedges
- 2 sprigs foraged Rosemary. Find it in your nearest park or maybe a neighbour has some in their garden to share.
- Top off with CAPI Lemonade
Glassware : Rocks glass
Garnish : Lemon wheel and fresh rosemary sprig
Find some rosemary. CAPI tip, you can probably find fresh free rosemary at your nearest park or your neighbour with the best garden. Then in a mixing shaker add lemon and rosemary, give a good muddle. Add gin and ice, then give a good shake. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and top off with CAPI Lemonade. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of rosemary.
