Our Sparkling Mineral Water is sourced right here in Australia. Only a 50 minute drive from Melbourne, we bottle at the source in Kyneton, Victoria every month. That’s because we bottle to order, so our water hasn’t been sitting in a container for months and months.

Not to mention, CAPI’s journey to you has significantly less CO2 emissions than European water. We’re talking 17kg of emissions per container from Melbourne, compared to 3,368kg per container from Italy (that’s about 1 years worth of water for an average restaurant!).
