Blood Orange Fizz
Ingredients
Ice
30ml Whipper Snapper Wheat Whiskey
15ml Fresh lemon juice
10ml Egg white or Aquafaba
10ml Maple syrup
CAPI Blood Orange SodaAngostura Bitters
Directions
- In a mixing shaker add Whipper Snapper Wheat Whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup and egg white.
- Dry shake.
- Add ice and wet shake.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Slowly top up with CAPI Blood Orange Soda
- Garnish with a few dashes of Angostura Bitters.
