The 'breakfast' Paloma
Ingredients

Ice
40ml Herradura Blanco
20ml Aperol 
20ml fresh lemon juice
10ml breakfast marmalade syrup (Approx. equal parts water and breakfast marmalade)
60ml CAPI Grapefruit Soda

 

Directions

  1. In a highball glass, run a wedge of grapefruit around the rim.
  2. Place the glass rim-down into a dish of salt and twist to cover.
  3. In a cocktail shaker add ice, Herradura Blanco, Aperol, fresh lemon juice and marmalade syrup. 
  4. Shake.
  5. Pour into salted glass & top off with CAPI Grapefruit Soda.
  6. Give a quick stir and garnish with a wedge of Grapefruit.
