Summer Somewhere Spritz
Ingredients
120ml Lieux Perdus Pinot Noir Rosé
45ml CAPI Grapefruit & Rosemary Soda +
15ml Grapefruit Juice
Dehydrated Grapefruit
Fresh Rosemary
Method
1. Add 120ml rosé to a wine glass.
2. Squeeze a quarter of a grapefruit into the glass.
3. Top off with 45ml Grapefruit & Rosemary Soda+.
4. Add ice, filling to the top, and then give a quick stir.
5. Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit and rosemary.
