30ml CAPI Yuzu Soda
30ml Hibiscus Tea

Method
1. Add 90ml Sparkling to a rocks glass.
2. Add a small slice of ginger and muddle.
3. Fill the glass to the top with ice.
3. Add 30ml Hibiscus tea.
4. Top off with 30ml CAPI Yuzu Soda.
5. Give a good stir and sprinkle with dried hibiscus flowers to garnish.
