
Salted Paloma
Ingredients
Ice
30ml Tequila
10ml Lime juice
125ml CAPI Grapefruit
Lime wedge
3 tsp salt
Directions
- In a rocks glass, run a wedge of lime around the rim.

Place the glass rim-down into a dish of salt and twist to cover.

Turn the salted glass right side up and fill to the top with ice.

Add 30ml tequila and 10ml lime juice.

Top off with CAPI Grapefruit.
- Give a quick stir and garnish with the lime wedge.
