45ml your favourite rum
CAPI Charred Pineapple Daiquiri Mixer
Fresh or sun-dried pineapple
1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker
2. Pour rum and CAPI Charred Pineapple Daiquiri Mixer into the cocktail shaker.
3. Lightly shake the contents until the shaker tin is frosted.
4. Strain into a glass
5. Top off with fresh or sun-dried pineapple
**Hot tip try it frozen. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend. Add to a martini glass and sit in the sun.
