
Pimm's El Diablo
Ingredients
Ice
45ml blanco tequila
15ml Cointreau
15ml Pimm’s No.1
15ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
CAPI Dry Ginger Ale
Method
Add tequila, Cointreau, PIMM’S No. 1 and lime juice to a balloon glass.
Stir.
Half fill glass with ice.
Top with CAPI Ginger Ale.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
