Juice of 1 lime
1. Stir sugar into 15ml boiling water to dissolve.
2. Place sugar syrup in freezer for a few minutes to chill.
3. Blend watermelon flesh, sugar syrup, lime juice, Campari and gin in a blender until smooth.
4. Strain through a sieve into a wine glass.
5. Fill glass with ice and top with CAPI Soda.
6. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
