50ml Pod & Parcel Huehuetenango coffee
125ml CAPI Native Tonic
30ml Gin (optional)
Lemon
125ml CAPI Native Tonic
30ml Gin (optional)

Method
1. In a Collins glass add CAPI Native Tonic and ice. (If adding Gin do it now).
2. Top off with Pod & Parcel Huehuetenango Coffee.
3. Stir and garnish with a couple dehydrated lemon wheels.
