Mulled Ginger Beer
Ingredients
 
4 bottles of CAPI Flamin’ Ginger Beer
250ml orange juice, pulp free
3 star anise
2 cinnamon sticks
6 cloves
2 apples chopped, skin on
270ml spiced rum

Method
 
1. In a medium sized saucepan, add CAPI Flamin’ Ginger Beer, orange juice, star anise, cinnamon sticks, cloves and apples.
2. Gently simmer for about 20 minutes.
3. Strain through a muslin cloth or sieve.
4. Pour into glasses with 45ml of spiced rum.
