Ingredients
Ice
45ml Lyre's London Dry Spirit
120ml CAPI Tonic or CAPI Low Sugar Tonic
1 Pink grapefruit slice
1 Rosemary sprig

Method
1. Measure 45ml Lyre's London Dry Spirit.
2. Add spirit to a highball glass.
3. Top off with CAPI Tonic or Low Sugar Tonic.
4. Give a quick stir and fill glass to the top with ice.
5. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig.
