60ml Lyre's Italian Spritz
60ml Lyre’s Classico (a homage to prosecco)
30ml CAPI Soda
Orange slice

Method
1. Measure 60ml Lyres Italian Spritz
2. Add spirit to a wine glass.
3. Add 60ml Lyres Classico.
4. Top off with 30ml CAPI Soda
5. Fill glass to the top with ice and give a quick stir.
3. Garnish with a slice of fresh orange.
