Lynchburg Lemon Twist
Ingredients
Ice
40ml Herradura Reposado
20ml Cointreau (Can use any orange liquor/triple sec etc.)
20ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
5ml sugar syrup
60ml CAPI Lemon
Lemon wedge
Pinch salt

Directions
- In a highball glass, run a wedge of lemon around the rim.
- Place the glass rim-down into a dish of salt and twist to cover.
- Add Herradura Reposado.
- Add Cointreau and lemon juice
- Top off with CAPI Lemon Soda and give a quick stir.
- Add ice.
- Garnish with a wedge/wheel of lemon.
