Grapefruit Quartet by Capitano
Ingredients
 

Ice
25ml Campari
25ml Mancino Vermouth
25ml Grapefruit cordial
4 Dashes Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
50ml CAPI Grapefruit
Grapefruit twist

Method
 

  1. Add all but CAPI Grapefruit to a tin. Add ice and shake 5 times.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass and add CAPI Grapefruit.
  3. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
To make the grapefruit cordial:
  1. Add 240g grapefruit oleo and 12g citric acid to 200ml water and 400ml white grapefruit juice.
  2. Stir to dissolve. Strain through a superbag.
