Ice
45ml Cocchi Americano
15ml Fresh white grapefruit juice
75ml Prosecco
45ml CAPI Soda
Thyme
White grapefruit slice
Method
- In a wine glass, add Cocchi Americano, grapefruit juice and prosecco.
- Fill glass to the top with ice.
- Top off with CAPI Soda.
- Garnish with thyme and a grapefruit slice.
