30ml of Dune Distilling Signature Gin
30ml lime juice
15ml brown sugar syrup
CAPI Charred Pineapple Daiquiri Mixer
1. Pour gin, lime juice, cointreau and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker.
2. Lightly shake the contents until the shaker tin is frosted.
3. Salt the rim of a tumbler glass with habenero salt.
4. Fill glass to the top with ice.
5. Pour shaker contents into the glass and lengthen the remaining drink with CAPI Charred Pineapple Daiquiri Mixer.
6. Garnish with fresh or chargrilled pineapple.
