Chamomile Highball
Ingredients
 

Ice
20ml Chivas Regal 12 YO Scotch Whisky
20ml Chamomile Oloroso
5ml Vanilla syrup
CAPI Soda
Lemon twist

Method
 

  1. Build in a highball glass over ice.
  2. Garnish with a lemon twist.
To make the Chamomile Oloroso:
  1. Infuse 50g chamomile tea and 1L Pennyweight Oloroso for 10 minutes at room temp. Pass through coffee filter paper.
To make the Vanilla Syrup:
  1. Stir to combine 25g vanilla paste and 500ml Gomme.
