
Chamomile Highball
Ingredients
Ice
20ml Chivas Regal 12 YO Scotch Whisky
20ml Chamomile Oloroso
5ml Vanilla syrup
CAPI Soda
Lemon twist
Method
- Build in a highball glass over ice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
- Infuse 50g chamomile tea and 1L Pennyweight Oloroso for 10 minutes at room temp. Pass through coffee filter paper.
- Stir to combine 25g vanilla paste and 500ml Gomme.
