30ml your favourite Australian sloe or fruit-infused gin
125ml CAPI Low Sugar Tonic
Fresh seasonal fruit or a squeeze of citrus to garnish

Method
1. Add 30ml gin to a collins glass.
2. Fill your glass to the top with ice.
3. Top off with 125ml CAPI Low Sugar Tonic
