White Rum & Grapefruit

This is CAPI’s little tip of the hat to Ernest Hemmingway and his eponymous daiquiri. White rum and CAPI Grapefruit makes for an accessible, yet complex mixer that keeps people coming back for more.

Ingredients

  • 45ml white rum
  • 10ml fresh lime juice
  • ice
  • CAPI Grapefruit
  • fresh lime or grapefruit wedge, to garnish

Directions

  1. Add rum and lime juice to a high-ball glass.
  2. Fill to the top with ice.
  3. Fill to just below the brim with CAPI Grapefruit.
  4. Garnish with a fresh lime or grapefruit wedge.
