A classic lemonade with an extra splash of colour.
- 700g seedless watermelon, sliced
- zest of 1 lemon
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- CAPI Sparkling Mineral Water
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Pop watermelon in a food processor and whiz until super smooth.
- Strain through a sieve over a bowl.
- Pour juice into a large jug.
- Add lemon zest.
- In a cup, stir lemon juice and honey until honey dissolves.
- Stir into watermelon juice.
- Fill jug halfway with ice.
- Top with cold CAPI Sparkling Mineral Water.
- Garnish with lemon slices.
