Vodka, Cranberry & Bay Leaf

There is no point fighting this classic combination. It’s perfectly balanced, refreshing and a bit complex. A little update helps bring this drink to a new audience and keeps this classic combination going strong.

Ingredients

  • 45ml citrus vodka
  • ice
  • CAPI Cranberry
  • CAPI Tonic, optional
  • bay leaves, to garnish

Directions

  1. Add a citrus or good quality vodka to a hi-ball glass.
  2. Top with ice.
  3. Fill to just below the brim with CAPI Cranberry.
  4. Mix in CAPI Tonic if you want a bitter and more sophisticated version of this classic drink.
  5. Garnish with bay leaves.
