- 240ml Earl Grey infused Dry Vermouth
- 240ml Kokuto Umeshu
- 750ml CAPI Soda Water
- Lemon leaves, to garnish
- Fill jug with block ice.
- Add Earl Grey infused Dry Vermouth and Kokuto Umeshu.
- Top with CAPI Soda Water.
- Garnish with lemon leaves.
