Ingredients
- 45ml dark rum
- 15ml orange curaçao
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- 1/2 passionfruit
- ice
- CAPI Ginger Beer
- passionfruit, orange wedge, fresh mint and lime wedges, to garnish
Directions
- Add rum, curaçao, lime juice, and passionfruit to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a tall glass or tiki mug.
- Top with ice.
- Fill with CAPI Ginger Beer.
- Garnish with passionfruit, orange wedge, fresh mint and lime wedges.
