The Parisian Fizz with CAPI Ginger Beer

The pairing of Crème De Cassis (French blackcurrant liqueur) and gin has been used throughout the ages in classic cocktails. When topped with CAPI Ginger Beer you’ll have your friends saying ‘Ooh la la!’

Ingredients

  • 90ml gin
  • 45ml crème de cassis
  • 2 CAPI Ginger Beers
  • ice
  • lemon wedges, to garnish

Directions

  1. Pour gin and crème de cassis into a large glass.
  2. Top with first CAPI Ginger Beer.
  3. Add lemon and second CAPI Ginger Beer.
  4. Serve with ice a slice of lemon.
