The Jackrabbit with CAPI Ginger Beer

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 30ml applejack brandy
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml maple syrup
  • CAPI Ginger Beer
  • lemon wheel, to garnish

Directions

  1. Add ice to glass.
  2. Pour in brandy, fresh lemon juice, and maple syrup.
  3. Top with CAPI Ginger Beer.
  4. Garnish with lemon wheel.
