The Cuban Three with CAPI Ginger Beer

The classic combination of rum and ginger is undoubtedly one of the most used pairings in the cocktail world. Balanced, comforting and refreshing, the Cuban Three adds an extra hit of bite with spicy chilli and capsicum.

Ingredients

  • 90ml Havana Club 3yr Old Rum
  • 45ml apple cider vinegar
  • 10 thin slices fresh ginger
  • ice
  • 2 CAPI Ginger Beers

Directions

  1. Pour white rum and apple cider vinegar into a Cuban pitcher.
  2. Add ginger slices.
  3. Fill with block ice and stir.
  4. Top with CAPI Ginger Beer.
