Spiced Rum & Cola

Cinnamon + clove infused rum makes for a soul-warming winter drink.

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 10 whole cloves
  • 50ml Iridium Gold Rum
  • CAPI Spicy Cola
  • orange rind twist

Directions

  1. Infuse a bottle of rum with 1 cinnamon stick and 10 cloves for 12 hours.
  2. In a tumbler, add 50ml of infused rum.
  3. Fill glass with ice.
  4. Top with CAPI Spicy Cola.
  5. Garnish with orange rind twist.
