Sloe Gin & Tonic

Sloe gin is plummy and tart, perfectly complemented by the bitterness of tonic.

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 30ml sloe gin
  • 125ml CAPI Tonic
  • orange slice, to garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour in sloe gin.
  3. Top with CAPI Tonic.
  4. Garnish with fresh orange slice.
