Ingredients

  • ice
  • 45ml blanco tequila
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • 15ml PIMM’S No.1
  • 15ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • CAPI Ginger Ale

Directions

  1. Add, tequila, Cointreau, PIMM'S No. 1 and lime juice to a balloon glass.
  2. Stir.
  3. Half fill glass with ice.
  4. Top with CAPI Ginger Ale.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel.
