Peach Fizz with CAPI Ginger Beer

Peaches are great when they’re in season so why not get the most out of them? This drink not only looks good, it tastes amazing too.

Ingredients

  • 45ml vodka
  • 30ml peach puree
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • ice
  • CAPI Ginger Beer

Directions

  1. Add vodka, peach puree, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Top shaker with ice.
  3. Shake the mix hard and well.
  4. Strain into a highball glass.
  5. Top with ice.
  6. Fill with CAPI Ginger Beer.
