Ingredients
 

Ice
50ml Cinnamon and clove infused mezcal
10ml Lime juice
CAPI Blood Orange
Dehydrated blood orange wheel
Cinnamon stick

Method
 

  1. In a rocks glass, add cinnamon infused mezcal and lime juice.
  2. Add ice and top with CAPI Blood Orange.
  3. Give a quick stir and garnish with blood orange wheel and cinnamon stick.
  4. For infused mezcal add one cinnamon stick to a 700ml bottle of your favourite mezcal for 8 hours. Strain out the cinnamon.
