CAPI Blood Orange Autumn Drink Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 50ml cinnamon and clove infused mezcal
  • 10ml lime juice
  • CAPI Blood Orange
  • dehydrated blood orange wheel
  • cinnamon stick

Directions

  1. In a rocks glass, add cinnamon infused mezcal and lime juice.
  2. Add ice and top with CAPI Blood Orange.
  3. Give a quick stir and garnish with blood orange wheel and cinnamon stick.
  4. -
  5. For infused mezcal add one cinnamon stick to a 700ml bottle of your favourite mezcal for 8 hours. Strain out the cinnamon.
