Spice up a traditional Paloma by swapping in mezcal in place of tequila.
- 30ml mezcal
- 125ml CAPI Ginger Beer
- grapefruit wheels, to garnish
- In a collins glass, add grapefruit slice and muddle.
- Fill glass with ice.
- Pour in mezcal and top with CAPI Ginger Beer.
- Garnish with grapefruit wheel.
