- crushed ice
- 40ml Four Pillars gin
- 2 cups mandarin juice
- 1 cup sugar syrup
- CAPI Ginger Beer
- Half fill a glass with crushed ice.
- In a cocktail shaker add gin, mandarin juice and sugar syrup with more ice.
- Shake gently to mix well.
- Pour over crushed ice and top with cold CAPI Ginger Beer.
- Serves 2.
