The Everleigh gives us the classic combo of sweetness and zing.

Ingredients

  • 30ml scotch
  • 7.5ml fresh lemon
  • 7.5ml honey
  • CAPI Ginger & Lemongrass Infused Mineral Water
  • lemongrass, to garnish

Directions

  1. Shake scotch, lemon and honey, and serve on the rocks in a frozen tumbler.
  2. Top with CAPI Ginger & Lemongrass Infused Mineral Water.
  3. Garnish with a stick of lemongrass.
