- 25ml Campari
- 25ml Mancino Vermouth
- 25ml grapefruit cordial
- 4 dashes Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
- 50ml CAPI Grapefruit
- grapefruit twist
- Add all but CAPI Grapefruit to a tin. Add ice and shake 5 times.
- Strain into a rocks glass and add CAPI Grapefruit.
- Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
- To make the grapefruit cordial:
- Add 240g grapefruit oleo and 12g citric acid to 200ml water and 400ml white grapefruit juice.
- Stir to dissolve. Strain through a superbag.
