Take lemonade to the next level with an infusion of tart hibiscus and warming ginger.
- 1/4 cup dried hibiscus, plus extra to garnish
- 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger
- 50ml Archie Rose vodka
- CAPI Lemonade
- Infuse 1/4 cup dried hibiscus leaves in a bottle of vodka for 24 hours.
- In a collins glass, add 50ml infused hibiscus vodka.
- Add fresh ginger and muddle.
- Add ice and top with CAPI Lemonade.
- Garnish with 3/4 leaves dried hibiscus.
