Gin & Tonic with Cucumber

Cucumber and gin can be the perfect marriage depending on what gin you choose. The natural sweetness of the cucumber provides a cool and clean finish, rounding off the flavours and aromatics in a smooth, refreshing, finish. We suggest using Hendrick’s.

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 30ml gin
  • CAPI Tonic
  • cucumber slices, to garnish

Directions

  1. Add a generous scoop of ice to a glass.
  2. Pour in gin and top with CAPI Tonic.
  3. Garnish with fresh cucumber slices.
