CAPI Capitano Aperitivo Hour_Cocktail Recipe Chamomile Highball

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 20ml Chivas Regal 12 YO Scotch Whisky
  • 20ml Chamomile Oloroso
  • 5ml Vanilla Syrup
  • CAPI Soda
  • lemon twist

Directions

  1. Build in a highball glass over ice.
  2. Garnish with a lemon twist.

  4. To make the Chamomile Oloroso:
  5. Infuse 50g chamomile tea and 1L Pennyweight Oloroso for 10 minutes at room temp. Pass through coffee filter paper.

  7. To make the Vanilla Syrup:
  8. Stir to combine 25g vanilla paste and 500ml Gomme.
