Blackberry Bramble

This fruit-forward cocktail is perfectly complemented with sweet cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 50ml Patient Wolf Gin
  • 20ml Marionette Cassis
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • CAPI Soda
  • dash of cinnamon
  • lemon wheel, to garnish
  • cinnamon stick, to garnish

Directions

  1. In a collins glass, add gin, cassis, lemon juice, and a dash of cinnamon. Stir until cinnamon dissolves.
  2. Fill glass with ice.
  3. Top with CAPI Soda.
  4. Garnish with lemon wheel and cinnamon stick.
