Aperol Tonico

Aperol is a summery staple, keep it simple by adding tonic, a wedge of lemon and a sprig of tarragon.

 

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 60ml Aperol
  • 120ml Tonic
  • lemon wedge, to garnish
  • tarragon, to garnish

Directions

  1. Fill highball glass with ice.
  2. Add Aperol to glass.
  3. Top with CAPI Tonic.
  4. Garnish with lemon wedge and tarragon.
