Aguas Frescas with CAPI Sparkling Mineral Water

Known to the Spanish as ‘Cool Waters’, Aguas Frescas combines the flavours of cucumber, mint, and fresh lime to keep it as classic as they come. Bright, vegetal and zingy, this serving jug is perfect as a palate cleanser after lunch or an easy way to rejuvenate the body.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 3 fresh limes, sliced into wheels
  • bunch of mint
  • ice
  • 2 CAPI Sparkling Waters (750ml)

Directions

  1. Add cucumber, lime, and mint to a serving jug.
  2. Half fill with block ice.
  3. Fill with first CAPI Sparkling Water.
  4. Stir and add more ice to fill jug.
  5. Finish jug with second CAPI Sparkling Water.
